Tamsin Lemkow

Registered BACP Counsellor

With over a decade of experience as a registered BACP counsellor, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through their journey of self-discovery and healing. My practice extends both within school settings and privately, where I offer a compassionate space for children and young people aged 11+ to explore and overcome various challenges.

About Me

I support children and young people aged 11+ who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, low confidence, self-esteem, friendship issues, stress related to school, grief, self-harm, anger, identity, family breakdown and more. As well as talking therapy I also work creatively with the arts enabling clients to express their feelings in a safe, caring and confidential space. I believe that by building trust in the therapeutic relationship, will allow children and young people to develop confidence in themselves and become more self-aware.

How It Works

It can be daunting as a parent when your child is suffering and it may feel like a big step to reach out to a therapist. Adolescence is a tricky time and parents can often feel shut out. Having someone to talk to can help them to form healthier relationships and to have a better understanding of themselves. I support young people with a range of issues including; anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, bereavement, cultural issues, identity issues, abuse and trauma.

Therapy sessions are 50 mins and the fee is £70 in person or £60 online
